Our client is seeking an organised Property Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator to manage compliance, inspections, and maintenance across a residential portfolio, ensuring smooth operations, legal compliance, and efficient service to landlords and tenants.

What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities) as a Property Compliance & Maintenance Coordinator:
*Manage and track all statutory compliance including Gas Safety, EICRs, and EPCs
*Coordinate maintenance issues from initial report through to completion and invoicing
*Conduct routine property inspections and produce detailed reports
*Oversee end-of-tenancy processes including check-outs, deposit returns, and dispute support
*Maintain accurate and up-to-date property and compliance records within the CRM system
*Liaise with landlords and tenants to provide updates and ensure a high level of customer service
What our client is looking for (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in property management, compliance, or a similar administrative role
*Strong understanding of lettings compliance requirements (desirable)
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail
*Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines consistently
*Calm and professional approach when handling issues or disputes
*Confident communicator with landlords, tenants, and contractors
*Experience using property management systems (e.g. Alto) is advantageous
*Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle for property visits
