An experienced Lettings Negotiator for a role with a professional Lettings Agency in Aldershot: managing residential property lets, delivering excellent customer service, conducting viewings, negotiating offers, and supporting tenants and landlords within a dynamic estate agency environment setting
An excellent opportunity has arisen for an enthusiastic and capable Lettings Negotiator to join a respected independent estate and letting agency in Aldershot. You will be joining a busy team focused on delivering high-quality service across the residential lettings market.
This role suits someone with lettings experience who enjoys working with people and thrives in a fast-paced property environment.
What You’ll Be Doing (Key Responsibilities):
*Registering applicants and matching them to suitable rental properties
*Conducting property viewings and providing feedback to landlords
*Negotiating tenancy offers between landlords and tenants
*Managing the lettings process from enquiry through to move-in
*Building and maintaining strong relationships with landlords and tenants
*Supporting compliance with lettings legislation and company procedures
*Delivering high standards of customer service at all times
What We’re Looking For (Skills & Experience):
*Previous experience in residential lettings preferred
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Confident telephone manner and professional approach
*Excellent customer service ability
*Well-presented, organised, and self-motivated
*Good knowledge of the Aldershot area is advantageous
*Full UK Driving Licence essential
*Positive attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
