Job Description:
Administrator
£24,000 - £26,000
Manchester City Centre
Hybrid Working
This is a brilliant opportunity for an Administrator to join one of the very best firms in Manchester.
They really care about their staff…and offer a brilliant benefits package which includes:
*Hybrid working model
*Flexible start / finish times
*25 days annual leave, plus bank holidays
*Annual bonus scheme
*Private medical insurance and life assurance
*Enhanced family leave and paid sick leave
*Employee Assistance Programme (Bupa), 24/7 wellbeing support
*Regular social events, and more
As an administrator you will play a key role in making sure that the back-office functions run smoothly, there is plenty of variety with no two days the same – ideal for anyone that takes pride in doing the small details properly.
The team environment:
One of the biggest selling points of this role alongside the benefits is the people you will work with.
The managers are really laid back; they give everyone the flexibility and freedom to get on with their work without micro managing. That creates a genuinely relaxed office environment, people talk, the radio is playing but importantly everyone gets on with what they need to.
Outside of the office there are plenty of socials, the admin team regularly get together and as a result the staff turnover is extremely low.
What you’ll be doing
*Managing incoming and outgoing correspondence
*Processing payments and liaising with the bank
*Keeping digital filing and documentations up to date
*Assisting with new bank account openings and preparing the required forms
*Helping with internal systems administration and liaising with suppliers where needed
*Working closely with colleagues to maintain high standards of accuracy, organisation and confidentiality
What you need to apply:
To be considered for the role you will need a minimum of 12 months experience in administration.
You will be confident enough to speak with customers and handle queries; and be a positive individual that will add to the team rather than bring it down.
So if you work in administration, enjoy what you do but want a better environment to do it in this is a great opportunity.
