Referrals Coordinator - Education
*Hourly Rate: Competitive
*Location: Wimbledon, London
*Job Type: Temporary (Immediate start until end of August)
*Working Hours: Monday to Friday, 9am-5pm
We are seeking a Referrals Coordinator to join our clients team on a temporary basis. This role is crucial for managing the relationship and referrals function within their educational services. The successful candidate will be instrumental in running an efficient referrals process, converting referrals, and maximising opportunities across the organisation. This position is heavily external facing and requires providing exceptional customer service to our service users, their families, and key stakeholders.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Build and maintain positive relationships and robust communication channels with key external stakeholders including Local Authorities (LAs), clinical commissioning groups (CCGs), and other organisations.
*Collaborate with the wider team to drive referral generation and conversion, ensuring that timelines and deadlines are adhered to.
*Coordinate referrals-specific meetings with key senior staff of each school/service, supporting them to meet occupancy targets and manage referrals’ pipelines.
*Track and manage all referrals using a CRM system (Pipedrive), meeting set KPIs for conversion and lead times at different stages of the process.
*Field queries from all stakeholders throughout the referrals process, from initial enquiry to a pupil’s first week integrating into our services.
*Provide advice and guidance on our provision of holistic services and interventions, including therapeutic, academic, and online schooling.
*Ensure confidentiality of service users’ information and data, providing expert knowledge and guidance on how our services can potentially meet needs with further assessment required by qualified staff.
*Facilitate and coordinate internal stakeholders to ensure a steady pipeline of referrals across all services.
*Manage, monitor, and report on referrals, including producing weekly referrals data and lists for each school/service ahead of referrals meetings.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*First-class communication skills with the ability to manage relationships effectively.
*Experience in a similar role, ideally within the education sector or related fields.
*Proficient in using CRM systems, preferably Pipedrive.
*Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
*Strong organisational skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
*Knowledge of the education sector and the specific needs related to it.
