Job Description:
Production OperativeLocation: Warrington
We are recruiting a Production Operative to join a well-established UK manufacturing environment based in Warrington.
This is a hands-on, temp-to-perm opportunity with long-term prospects, structured training, and progression once permanent.
Working Hours:*Monday - Thursday: 8:15am - 4:30pm
*Friday: 8:15am - 3:30pm
*Early finish every Friday
Pay Rate:*£12.71 per hour
*Pay increase once permanent, following full machine training and skill development
The Role:As a Production Operative, you’ll be involved in the manufacture and assembly of products in a factory setting.
Key duties include:
*General production and labouring tasks
*Building and assembling components
*Using hand tools and basic machinery
*Assisting with cutting, drilling, fixing, sealing, and finishing components
*Carrying out basic quality checks to ensure products meet specifications
*Keeping work areas clean, organised, and safe
*Supporting different stages of the manufacturing process as required
What We’re Looking For:*Previous general labouring, production, or manufacturing experience
*Confident with hands-on, physical work
*Comfortable using tools and working with materials
*Reliable, punctual, and hardworking
*Good attention to detail
*Ability to work well as part of a team
*Willingness to learn new skills and processes
