Sales Floor Manager
Location: Manchester City Centre
Salary: Up to £38,000 Basic + Average OTE £65,000 + Excellent Benefits
Job Purpose
Take the lead in developing and managing a high-energy team of Business Sales Consultants! Your team is responsible for securing daily appointments for our field-based representatives.
Job Overview
We are looking for a high-achieving Sales Manager to drive team performance in a fast-paced, KPI-driven environment. As the first point of contact for our services, your team is the engine of our growth. You will report to the Director of Inside Sales and play a vital role in the department’s daily success.
Day-to-Day Responsibilities
* Manage productivity: Oversee team diaries, targets, and overall output.
* Performance Reviews: Conduct regular 1-to-1s to ensure peak performance.
* Coaching: Provide ongoing development and training for all team members.
* Floor Presence: Maintain a strong physical presence through regular floor walking.
* Collaboration: Work with field sales teams to align business objectives.
* Motivation: Keep the team driven and hungry to hit sales targets.
* Professionalism: Handle training and any disciplinary issues effectively.
What We Look For
* Experience: At least 3 years of sales management experience in a call centre environment.
* Leadership: An assertive, confident personality with natural leadership skills.
* Approach: A professional and intelligent work ethic.
