Job Description:
Role: Litigation Solicitor
PQE: 1-5 years
Hybrid working: Yes
Hours: Monday to Friday 9:30am – 5:30pm
Litigation – Property and Private Client
An exciting opportunity for an experienced Litigation Solicitor with excellent promotion prospects to join an established solicitor’s firm based in Wanstead covering a wide range of areas of law including Residential & Commercial Property, Wills, Probate, Dispute Resolution and Employment Law for both businesses and the individual.
This is a great opportunity for a solid experienced fee earning litigation solicitor to join a well-regarded and modern firm.
The Job Role:
As an experienced Litigation solicitor, you will be dealing with a wide range of matters such as: Property Disputes
*Property matters (including ownership disputes, right of way disputes and boundary disputes, service charge disputes and right to manage claims.)
*Landlord and Tenant disputes (Residential and Commercial) Including possession/eviction proceedings, lease renewal proceedings
*Probate Disputes (Inheritance claims, Will validity claims
*Miscellaneous (Debt recovery/repayment, Building Disputes)
Skills Experience and Qualifications:
*Qualified litigation solicitor with minimum 1 year PQE
*Produce high quality work with attention to
*Work autonomously with supervision
*Excellent communication skills
*Excellent administrative and organisational skills
*Able to work in a departmental billing target
