Learning Support Assistant (LSA) - Full Time (5 Days per Week)
Location: Lewisham, South East London
Are you a dedicated and experienced Learning Support Assistant looking to make a meaningful impact in a secondary school setting? We are seeking a committed and knowledgeable LSA to join a welcoming and well-regarded school in Lewisham on a full-time basis.

The Role:
*Provide in-class support to students across a range of subjects
*Work closely with teaching staff to deliver tailored learning support
*Assist students with additional needs, helping them to access the curriculum effectively
*Support behaviour management and contribute to a positive learning environment
*Deliver targeted interventions where required
Requirements:
*Previous experience working as a Learning Support Assistant in a secondary school setting
*Strong knowledge of supporting students with diverse learning needs
*A proactive, adaptable, and patient approach
*Excellent communication and teamwork skills
*A degree is preferred
