Talent Guardian are working with a fast-paced business based in Poole who are looking for an experienced Customer Experience Associate to join their team.

This is a great opportunity to play a key role in delivering exceptional customer service, managing accounts, and ensuring a smooth end-to-end customer journey.

The role:
*Managing inbound and outbound customer calls
*Handling queries, complaints, and order updates
*Maintaining accurate records on CRM systems
*Supporting with orders, deliveries, and returns
*Liaising with internal teams to keep customers informed
*Proactively managing accounts and identifying opportunities to enhance service
What we’re looking for:
*Previous customer service experience
*Strong communication skills (phone and written)
*Highly organised and detail-oriented
*Proactive and solutions-focused
*Comfortable using multiple systems
