We’re recruiting a Chef de Partie to join a friendly and professional team at a busy holiday park in Christchurch. This is a fantastic opportunity for a motivated CDP looking for a stable and rewarding role, with a great coastal lifestyle-within easy reach of Bournemouth and a short drive from the New Forest.
Working as a Chef de Partie in this holiday park setting, you’ll be part of a collaborative brigade focused on fresh food, seasonal menus, and consistent quality.

*Contribute ideas to menus and daily specials
*Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety

*Previous experience as a CDP or similar role in a fast-paced kitchen
*Confidence working within a busy holiday park or hospitality environment
*A strong team ethic and good communication skills
*A positive attitude with attention to detail
*Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
