Sous Chef - £34,000 + Accommodation available at a well-established holiday park in Cirencester

We’re recruiting a Sous Chef to join a friendly and professional team at a busy holiday park in Cirencester. This is a fantastic opportunity for an experienced Sous Chef looking to step into a stable and rewarding role, with accommodation available and a great lifestyle location-just a short drive from Swindon and within easy reach of Cheltenham.
Working as a Sous Chef in this holiday park setting, you’ll support the Head Chef in leading the kitchen, delivering quality dishes, and maintaining a positive and organised environment.

*Lead and motivate the team during service
*Assist with menu development and seasonal specials
*Maintain high standards of hygiene and food safety
*Help train and develop junior team members
What we’re looking for:To succeed as a Sous Chef, you’ll need:
*Previous experience as a Sous Chef or strong Senior CDP ready to step up
*Confidence working in a fast-paced holiday park or hospitality environment
*Strong leadership and communication skills
*A hands-on approach with attention to detail
*Flexibility to work shifts, including weekends and Bank Holidays
