We are currently partnering with a leading global sourcing business to recruit a Head of Sales – Childrenswear. This is a fantastic opportunity for a commercially driven leader with strong product expertise to take ownership of a key division and drive growth across a portfolio of branded clients.
The Opportunity
This role sits at the heart of a fast-paced, international operation. You will lead the Childrenswear Sales function, working closely with product development and sourcing teams to create compelling ranges and convert them into commercial success.
You’ll play a critical role in shaping strategy, strengthening client relationships, and identifying new opportunities to grow the business.
Key Responsibilities
*Lead, mentor, and develop a team of Sales Managers
*Build and maintain strong relationships with key brand clients
*Drive sales growth by identifying and converting new opportunities
*Collaborate with sourcing and product teams to deliver innovative, commercially viable ranges
*Present and sell product concepts to clients with confidence and credibility
*Oversee performance, analysing sales data to optimise results
*Support negotiations around pricing, delivery, and product strategy
*Ensure smooth execution from concept through to delivery
What We’re Looking For
*Proven experience in a senior sales or commercial role within childrenswear
*Strong background in sourcing, product development, or supplier environments
*Demonstrated ability to lead and inspire teams
*Excellent communication, influencing, and negotiation skills
*Strong commercial awareness with a track record of driving growth
*Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative, and global environment
