The Opportunity
In this pivotal leadership role, you’ll take full ownership of sales and marketing strategy across a diverse portfolio of licensed and direct brands. You’ll play a key role in driving revenue growth, expanding brand partnerships, and positioning the business as a market leader within sourcing and production.
You’ll lead from the front—developing strategy, mentoring your team, and building strong, lasting relationships with clients across the UK and beyond.


What You’ll Be Doing
*Developing and executing high-impact sales and marketing strategies
*Leading, mentoring, and inspiring a team of Sales Managers
*Driving growth through both existing accounts and new business opportunities
*Building strong partnerships with brand clients and key stakeholders
*Analysing performance data to identify opportunities and optimise results
*Collaborating closely with sourcing and production teams to ensure delivery excellence
*Acting as a senior point of contact for key clients, ensuring a solutions-focused approach
*Staying ahead of market trends and adapting strategy to maintain competitive edge
