About the RoleVida Education is a well-established, growing education recruitment agency supporting schools across Lancashire.
We’re looking for a Recruitment Consultant to take ownership of their own desk. Building relationships with schools, developing new business and placing high quality education staff into roles where they make a real difference.
This is a 360 recruitment role combining sales, business development, and relationship management, with clear targets and strong earning potential.
What You’ll Be Doing*Building and managing your own education recruitment desk
*Developing new business through calls, networking, and client meetings
*Maintaining and growing relationships with schools across your region
*Speaking regularly with candidates to build a strong talent pool
*Managing the full recruitment process from vacancy to placement
*Matching schools with high-quality staff to support day-to-day and long-term needs
What We’re Looking For*Minimum 12 months’ experience in recruitment
*Confident communicating with clients and candidates over the phone
*Ability to develop business and build long-term relationships
*Target-driven, organised, and self-motivated
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
