The Role - Level 3 Early Years Educator
As a Level 3 Early Years Educator, you will be working within the school’s early years provision, supporting children in their first stages of education. You will play a key role in delivering engaging activities in line with the EYFS framework, encouraging learning through play, exploration, and structured tasks.
The role will involve supporting children’s social, emotional, and academic development, carrying out observations, and contributing to assessments. You will work closely with the class teacher and wider team to ensure a safe, stimulating, and inclusive environment for all pupils.
Strong communication skills, creativity, and a caring approach are essential for this role.
