The Opportunity
A well-established and highly regarded law firm in Orpington is seeking a Private Client Paralegal to join its friendly and supportive team. The Role
You will assist fee earners with a varied caseload of private client matters, including:
*Drafting Wills and Lasting Powers of Attorney
*Assisting with probate and estate administration
*Supporting with trust matters
*Preparing documents and correspondence
*Liaising with clients, third parties, and HMRC
*Managing files and ensuring compliance with procedures
The Candidate
Applications are welcomed from candidates with varying levels of experience. You will ideally:
*Have previous experience in a private client team (desirable but not essential)
*Possess a Law degree or equivalent qualification
*Have excellent organisational skills and attention to detail
*Demonstrate strong communication and client care skills
*Be proactive, motivated, and eager to learn
