About the RoleWe are currently looking for experienced Reach Truck Drivers to join a busy and well-established operation in Northamptonshire. This is a fantastic opportunity for drivers seeking stable, ongoing work, with immediate starts available.
As part of the warehouse team, you will play a key role in ensuring the safe and efficient movement of stock within a high-racking environment.


Shift: 4on and 4off 6pm till 6am
Pay Rate: £14.22


Key Responsibilities*Operating Reach Trucks safely and efficiently
*Moving, loading, and unloading goods within racking locations
*Maintaining accuracy when handling inventory
*Supporting warehouse operations to meet daily targets
*Adhering to all health & safety standards at all times
What We’re Looking ForTo be successful in this role, you will need:
*A valid Reach Truck licence
*Minimum 2 year of Reach Truck experience
*Proven experience working in a high-racking warehouse environment
*Good attention to detail and a strong work ethic
*Ability night shifts consistently
Bendi (Flexi) licence is beneficial but not essential — training or upskilling opportunities may be available for the right candidate.
