Responsibilities:
As an Accounts Manager, you will…
*Manage a diverse client portfolio of sole traders, partnerships and limited companies, acting as the main point of contact for clients
*Plan, review and oversee accounts work, ensuring jobs are completed on time, within budget, and to a high standard
*Prepare annual accounts and draft corporation tax computations for review, with involvement in ad-hoc work such as management accounts and forecasts
*Supervise and develop junior team members, providing training, guidance and regular feedback to support their progression
*Collaborate closely with managers and partners, managing WIP, quoting and invoicing fees and contributing to the firm’s wider goals and value
Requirements:
As an Accounts Manager, you will need…
*ACA or ACCA full qualification
*Experience within a senior accounts position in a practice environment
*Working knowledge of accounting software including Sage, QuickBooks Online and Xero
*Experience supporting the development of team members, including providing guidance and reviewing work
