Fully remote, UK-based, with twice-monthly office days
circa 1hr north of London by train £35k - £42k DOE + bonus + benefits + training budget

A specialist agency working with global brands across high-stakes, regulated international markets is hiring a Performance Marketing Manager into its Paid Media team. The role sits inside a tight, cross-functional pod with SEO, content, creative and client services, and the work spans the UK, EU and North America.
This is an unusual brief in two ways. First, the agency is investing seriously in AI-driven search as a future growth area, building expertise in how AI recommendations diverge from Google’s SERPs and what that means for client visibility. You will be part of that work, with real budget and time to learn. Second, the regulatory complexity in this sector is significant, with country and state-level compliance shaping every campaign decision. If you have ever worked on financial services, healthcare or insurance accounts and enjoyed the discipline that comes with regulated marketing, the work will feel familiar.
What you’ll be doing:
*Owning the paid search strategy and delivery on a portfolio of accounts, reporting into a Senior Paid Media Manager
*Running campaigns across the full Google Ads stack including Search, Performance Max, Demand Gen, Shopping and Video, plus Microsoft Ads where it matters
*Building forecasts, allocating budget across channels, and translating commercial KPIs into campaign decisions
*Owning client relationships across regular reporting calls, performance reviews and strategic check-ins
*Working alongside paid social, content and analytics colleagues on integrated activity for the same clients
*Contributing to new business pitches and account audits where the team needs additional firepower
*Mentoring a Paid Search Executive or Consultant as the team grows
Your experience:
*Three or more years running paid search hands-on, ideally inside a fast-paced agency
*Hands-on Performance Max and Demand Gen experience, not just Search
*Curiosity about AI in search, automations and how the platforms are shifting
*Confident running client meetings and presenting performance to senior stakeholders
*Comfortable working independently in a remote-first team
*A learning mindset. They invest in their people through dedicated training budgets, an internal academy, and a learning platform with thousands of bite-sized courses
Bonus:
*Experience in regulated sectors such as finance, healthcare, insurance or gambling
*Multi-market or international campaign work
*Any exposure to AI-driven search measurement or first-party data strategies
