Are you an experienced business development professional? Or Are you an experienced employee benefits consultant that has new business targets? If yes, this role could be for you...
We are currently working with an established consultancy to support their search for a New Business Producer to join their employee benefits division.
Role & Responsibilities:
*Actively seek new business opportunities with new clients and identify areas to grow across the business
*Lead on prospect client meetings
*Support more junior team members in the business development team
Essential Criteria:
*Proven experience in winning new business in the employee benefits sector
*A natural relationship-builder, skilled at developing and sustaining strong, trusted partnerships with clients, insurers, and key stakeholders
*Strong presentation skills
