We are a specialist education supply agency currently recruiting dedicated 1:1 Teaching Assistants to support pupils across a range of primary schools in the Wolverhampton area.
This role is ideal for individuals who are passionate about making a difference and providing tailored support to children who require additional help to access learning.
The Role:As a 1:1 Teaching Assistant, you will:
*Provide individual support to a pupil with additional needs (SEND, SEMH, ASD, or learning difficulties)

*Support learning both inside and outside the classroom

*Implement strategies set by the class teacher and SENCO

*Help promote positive behaviour, engagement, and emotional wellbeing

*Build a strong, supportive relationship with the pupil

Requirements:*Previous experience working with children in a primary school setting (essential)

*Experience supporting pupils with additional needs (desirable)

*A patient, caring, and resilient approach

*Ability to adapt to different school environments

*Enhanced DBS on the Update Service (or willingness to apply)
