Teaching Assistant – Primary SchoolsLocation: Liverpool
Position: Teaching Assistant (EYFS / KS1 / KS2 opportunities available)
Contract: Full-time & part-time roles available | Temporary & long-term assignments
About the RoleWe are currently recruiting enthusiastic and dedicated Teaching Assistants to support primary schools across Liverpool. This is an excellent opportunity for individuals who are passionate about working with children and making a positive impact on their learning and development.
Key Responsibilities*Supporting pupils in the classroom, either one-to-one or in small groups
*Assisting the class teacher with lesson preparation and delivery
*Supporting children with additional needs (SEN experience is desirable but not essential)
*Helping to create a positive, inclusive, and engaging learning environment
*Supervising pupils during activities, break times, and school trips
*Encouraging pupils’ social and emotional development
Requirements*Previous experience working with children (school-based experience preferred)
*A patient, caring, and proactive approach
*Ability to work well as part of a team and independently
*Strong communication and interpersonal skills
*Willingness to undergo a DBS check (or already hold a valid DBS)
*Relevant TA qualification is desirable but not essential
