Claims Administrator
Salary: £23,500
Location: Wythenshawe - onsite
Hours: Mon-Fri (9am-5pm) or (8am-4pm)
Contract: Permanent
About the role
An opportunity has arisen for a Claims Administrator to join a well-established organisation based in Wythenshawe. This role is ideal for someone who is organised, reliable, and enjoys working as part of a collaborative team.
You will support the end-to-end claims process by ensuring all administrative and operational tasks are completed accurately and efficiently. The organisation offers structured training, ongoing development, and a supportive working environment to help you succeed.
What you will do
In this role, you will play a key part in keeping the claims process running smoothly by handling documentation and supporting daily operations.
Your responsibilities will include:
*Scanning and digitising documents to ensure records are accurate and accessible
*Opening, sorting, and distributing incoming post
*Preparing and sending outbound documentation
*Uploading and recording information in internal systems
*Managing email communications with lenders and logging correspondence
*Using internal tools and spreadsheets to update and manage data
*Supporting general administrative tasks across the team
*Taking part in training on systems, processes, and products
*Assisting with onboarding and supporting new team members where required
*Meeting performance targets while maintaining high standards of accuracy and compliance
What we are looking for
To be successful in this role, you should have experience in an administrative or data focused position and be comfortable working with high volumes of information.
You will ideally demonstrate:
*Strong attention to detail and accuracy
*Good organisational skills and the ability to manage multiple tasks
*Clear written communication skills
*Confidence using spreadsheets and internal systems
*A team focused approach with the ability to work collaboratively
*Reliability and a consistent approach to meeting deadlines
*A willingness to learn and take part in ongoing training
*An understanding of data protection and compliance requirements is helpful but not essential
