Business Development Manager - Midlands - Construction/Utilities/ Infrastructure | Market Leaders | Uncapped Earnings - Basic Salary:Up to £50,000 Basic (DOE) + £15k Uncapped OTE + Car Allowance, Pension and Benefits- Location: Field-based (Midlands - must live in-region)
Founded in 2000 and recently backed by significant investment, this organisation are officially one of the UK’s fastest-growing tech companies (E2E Tech 100).
They specialise in rapid-deployment equipment into the construction, utilities and infrastructure sectors. Due to explosive growth they are looking for a Business Development Manager to cover the Midlands territory.

The Role - Field Based
This isn’t a desk job. You will be the face of the business across the Midlands, thriving in a fast-paced B2B environment. You will:
*Win & Grow: Identify new site-based opportunities while nurturing existing high-value accounts.
*Be Present: Spend your time in the field, conducting site prospecting visits and "on-the-day" quoting.
*Support and Collaboration: Work closely with the internal Business Development (BDE) team who will assist you in converting qualified meetings.
*Consult: Use your expertise to tailor our extensive product suite to meet complex client needs.
*Deliver: Consistently close 10+ deals per month, achieving KPIs and maximising revenue and commission earnings.
What You’ll Need
*Track Record: At least 3 years in a fast-paced B2B field sales role (experience in Rental, Plant Hire, Construction or Security sales is a huge plus).
*The Drive: You are financially motivated, resilient, and hungry to take full ownership of your patch.
*The Mobility: A full clean UK Driving Licence and a home base within the Midlands.
*The Personality: Naturally curious, competitive yet collaborative, and "coachable."
