*Monday – Thursday: 8:30am – 4:30pm
*Friday: 8:30am – 4:00pm
About the Role
We’re looking for a Production Operative to join a busy manufacturing team in Daventry. This is a hands-on role where you’ll be involved in day-to-day manufacturing processes, helping to produce and assemble products to a high standard.
What You’ll Be Doing
*Working within manufacturing and production processes
*Handling, assembling, or processing products
*Following work instructions and quality standards
*Carrying out basic quality checks during production
*Manual handling as part of the role
*Keeping your work area clean, safe, and organised
*Working closely with the rest of the production team
What We’re Looking For
*Previous experience in a production or manufacturing environment (preferred)
*Happy in a hands-on, practical role
*Good attention to detail and quality
*Reliable, punctual, and a strong team player
*Willingness to learn and follow processes
