Job Description:
Sales Executive - AutomotiveWe are seeking a confident, professional, and well-presented Sales Executive to join a busy automotive sales team in Oxfordshire. This is a key role within the business, responsible for driving sales performance while delivering an outstanding customer experience.
The RoleThe successful candidate will be responsible for:
*Achieving and exceeding monthly sales targets
*Selling vehicles profitably in line with agreed objectives
*Building and maintaining strong customer relationships
*Ensuring a high standard of customer service, professionalism, and integrity at all times
*Preparing accurate sales documentation and order forms
*Supporting marketing activities, promotions, vehicle displays, and training sessions
Requirements*Proven track record in a sales environment (automotive experience preferred)
*Strong motivation to exceed targets
*Excellent communication and customer service skills
*Professional appearance and approach
*Full UK manual driving licence (essential)
*Availability to work Monday to Saturday with a weekday off
