Credit Controller

*Salary: £28,000 – £35,000 per annum (depending on experience)

Day-to-day of the role:
*Managing and maintaining customer accounts to ensure timely payments.
*Chasing outstanding debts via phone, email and written correspondence.
*Resolving invoice queries and reconciling accounts to maintain accurate financial records.
*Producing regular aged debt and status reports to track and manage receivables effectively.
*Liaising internally with sales and finance teams to ensure seamless communication and prompt payment processing.
Required Skills & Qualifications:
*Previous experience in a Credit Control or Accounts Receivable role.
*Strong communication and negotiation skills to effectively manage relationships and resolve issues.
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail to ensure accuracy in all financial transactions.
*Proficiency in using accounting systems and MS Excel to manage data and produce reports.
*Ability to work both independently and as part of a team, demonstrating initiative and collaboration.
