SALES ADMINISTRATOR NEEDED FOR MATERNITY COVER
We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Sales Administrator to join our dynamic team in a fast-paced Construction company.
The ideal candidate will provide administrative support to the sales team, ensuring smooth operations and effective communication with clients, suppliers, and internal departments. Responsibilities include maintaining the CRM system, managing customer inquiries, processing enquiries, and assisting with sales reporting. The Sales Administrator will play a key role in supporting the business’s growth by ensuring timely and efficient sales administration processes. Strong communication, attention to detail, and proficiency in office software are essential. Experience in the construction industry and understanding of the tender process would be beneficial but not essential.
Sales Administrator Roles & Responsibilities:
*Assist the sales team with administrative tasks, including CRM, files storage and scheduling.
*Manage incoming sales inquiries and provide timely responses to clients.
*Maintain and update customer records and sales databases, ensuring accuracy and completeness.
*Help with preparation of regular sales reports, providing insights into progress, targets, and performance.
*Assist with maintaining project documentation in line with company policies.
*Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, providing excellent customer service.
*Handle customer queries, ensuring resolutions are provided promptly.
*Liaise with clients to gather feedback and improve service offerings.
Sales Administrator Requirements:
*Be able to work well under pressure with the ability to multitask.
*Maintain a high standard of organisation throughout their role.
*Proven background (3-5 years) within a Sales Admin/Business Development role or similar.
*Strong attention to detail.
*Excellent knowledge of Microsoft applications, and CRM systems.
*Strong communications skills, both written and verbal.
*Ability to prioritise, work under pressure and problem solve.
*Team player with a flexible attitude.
