Job Description:
Warehouse Supervisor
Salary: £13.40 - £14.40 per hour (DOE)
Hours: 8am-5pm or 9am-5pm, including a rotating weekend
We’re looking for a motivated and proactive Warehouse Supervisor to join our clients team in Heywood. If you thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy leading others, and take pride in keeping operations running smoothly, this could be the perfect next step for you.
Key Responsibilities
*Supervising and supporting warehouse staff across daily operations
*Processing inbound deliveries quickly and accurately
*Ensuring smooth, efficient workflow across all warehouse functions
*Working flexibly across multiple warehouse areas as needed
*Supporting colleagues to achieve daily targets and performance standards
*Using their bespoke admin system confidently (training provided)
*Maintaining strong knowledge of internal processes and procedures
Skills & Experience
*Strong problem-solving ability in a fast-paced environment
*Excellent organisational and time-management skills
*A motivated team player with a proactive approach
*Positive attitude with the ability to lead by example
*Confident multitasker with strong communication skills
*Proven leadership experience within a warehouse or similar environment
