Description
The Management Accountant’s responsibilities include:
*Prepare and analyse monthly management accounts, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
*Support budgeting and forecasting processes, providing key insights to stakeholders.
*Manage financial reporting (monthly and yearly), including variance analysis and commentary.
*Ensure compliance with accounting standards and internal financial policies.
*Maintain and improve financial controls and processes.
*Collaborate with other departments to provide financial guidance and support on projects.
*Assist with year-end audits and liaise with external auditors as needed.
*Identify opportunities for cost savings and operational efficiencies.
Profile
A successful Management Accountant should have:
*A professional accounting qualification or actively studying (e.g., ACCA or CIMA).

*Proven experience in management accounting.
