Temporary Primary School Cleaner
Location: Northwich
Contract: Temporary – 2 months
Hours: 2 hours per day (weekday evenings or early mornings, to be confirmed)
Role Overview
We are seeking a reliable and conscientious Cleaner to support a primary school in Northwich on a temporary basis for approximately two months. The role involves maintaining a clean, safe, and hygienic environment for pupils, staff, and visitors.
Key Responsibilities
*General cleaning of classrooms, corridors, toilets, and communal areas
*Sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting
*Emptying bins and disposing of waste correctly
*Replenishing soap, paper towels, and other supplies as required
*Following health & safety and safeguarding procedures at all times
*Ensuring high standards of cleanliness are maintained daily
Requirements
*Previous cleaning experience preferred (school or commercial setting desirable but not essential)
*Ability to work independently and manage time effectively
*Reliable, punctual, and detail-oriented
*Willingness to undergo a DBS check (or already hold a valid DBS)
*Understanding of basic health & safety practices
