We’re looking for a passionate and driven Service Lead to oversee a supported living service supporting individuals with complex care needs, mental health conditions, and learning disabilities.
The RoleAs Service Lead, you’ll take ownership of a dynamic service, leading a dedicated team to deliver high-quality, person-centred support. You’ll empower both staff and the people we support to thrive, promoting independence, dignity, and positive outcomes.
Key Responsibilities*Lead, motivate, and develop a team of support staff
*Ensure high standards of care, compliance, and safeguarding
*Manage rotas, performance, and service delivery
*Build strong relationships with families, professionals, and stakeholders
*Drive continuous improvement and maintain excellent CQC standards
*Support individuals with complex mental health needs and learning disabilities to live fulfilling lives
About You*Proven experience in a leadership role within supported living or social care
*Strong knowledge of mental health and learning disabilities
*Confident in managing teams, performance, and service quality
*Passionate about delivering person-centred care
*NVQ Level 3/4/5 in Health & Social Care (or working towards)
*Resilient, compassionate, and solutions-focused
