Datalaw is an online legal training and education provider. We are looking for an organised and understanding Administrator to join our team and support both learners and staff.
You’ll be working with apprentices and legal professionals across the UK, so confidence in remote communication is essential. The role blends administrative responsibilities with a strong focus on supporting learners throughout their journey — empathy, patience and clear communication are the key to this position.
Key Responsibilities
*Creating learner materials, handouts and supporting documents
*Managing timetables for assessments, workshops and exams, and communicating updates promptly
*Overseeing and invigilating assessments
*Maintaining accurate records — attention to detail is essential
*Responding to learner queries with empathy, clarity and efficiency
*Collaborating with colleagues to ensure learners feel supported and informed
Skills & Experience
*Strong administrative and organisational skills
*Excellent written and verbal communication
*Ability to respond to learners with empathy, patience and professionalism
*Confident using IT systems including Word, PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint, Outlook and Canva
*Comfortable working remotely and managing your own workload
