Location: Birmingham
Salary: Up to £30,000 per annum + bonus
Contract: 12-month Fixed Term Contract (with opportunity to go permanent)
Reed is currently looking for a Resourcer to join our Birmingham-based team on a 6-month fixed term contract, with the opportunity to go permanent.
You’ll be joining a high-performing, collaborative team that celebrated a record year last year and achieved two Best Newcomer awards. This role offers an excellent opportunity to gain hands-on experience within a leading recruitment business and contribute to a successful and supportive team.
What you’ll be doing
Supporting consultants across the recruitment process, you will:
*Proactively source and engage candidates for a range of roles
*Manage candidate administration and maintain accurate records
*Support compliance processes and ensure high standards are met
*Communicate confidently with candidates and provide a positive recruitment experience
