Estates & Facilities Assistant
Bedfordshire
3-Month Contract
Immediate Start Required
We are recruiting an experienced Estates & Facilities Assistant for an immediate start on a 3-month contract. This is a hands-on, site-based role supporting estates, facilities and operational services across multiple locations.
Key Duties
*General facilities and site maintenance
*Routine compliance and safety checks
*Cleaning, grounds maintenance and site presentation
*Manual handling, room setups and furniture moves
*Internal deliveries, stores cover and logistics support
*Driving service vehicles to move staff or equipment
Requirements
*Previous experience in facilities, maintenance, care taking or similar
*Full UK driving licence
*Physically fit and comfortable with manual, outdoor work
*Reliable, flexible and able to work independently
*Enhanced DBS required
Contract Details
*Duration: 3 months
*Start: ASAP
*Hours: Full time
*Location: Bedfordshire (multiple sites)
