This opportunity would suit an experienced Financial Services Administrator who enjoys being a key part of the client journey and wants to be involved in a varied role within a well established advisory firm.
If you enjoy supporting advisers, paraplanners and clients, keeping things organised, and making sure business is processed accurately and efficiently, this could be a very good opportunity.
This is a role where you will be trusted with a broad range of responsibilities across both new business and existing client servicing. You will work closely with advisers and paraplanners, help keep client records up to date, liaise with providers and clients, and play an important part in maintaining high service standards across the business. The job description also highlights responsibilities such as preparing meeting documentation, processing applications, handling valuations and letters of authority, and maintaining accurate client records.

The Role
Working as an Administrator within this business, you will support one or two Financial Advisers while also being part of a wider team, helping paraplanners and advisers and dealing directly with clients. The role includes both processing new business and servicing existing clients.
This is a varied position that will involve preparing documentation for client meetings, keeping records up to date, processing applications, responding to client and provider queries, preparing valuations, handling letters of authority, and supporting the smooth running of the advice process. You may also provide wider administration support across the business when needed.
The business is looking for someone with strong organisational skills, good attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple cases at once. You will need to be comfortable communicating with clients, providers and colleagues, and ideally have a basic understanding of investments, pensions and protection.
