Interim Tax Accountant - EMEA

We’re looking for an Interim EMEA Tax Accountant to join a large international business supporting tax compliance across the UK, Europe, Middle East and Africa. This is a hands-on role working closely with the Senior Tax Manager and wider finance teams across the region.


Key responsibilities:
*Manage corporate tax, VAT and employment tax compliance across EMEA
*Prepare tax reporting and support statutory accounts and audits
*Ensure timely and accurate tax filings across multiple countries
*Support VAT/TOMS calculations and indirect tax compliance
*Assist with tax risk, HMRC queries and process improvements
*Work with finance teams to improve controls and reporting


What we’re looking for:
*ACA or CTA qualified (0-3 years’ PQE)
*Strong UK tax experience, including VAT (essential)
*Good Excel skills and attention to detail
*Confident working across multiple countries and teams
*Experience in in-house or practice tax roles
