Commercial Property Solicitor
Wiltshire (full-time or part-time opportunity)
An established and highly regarded Legal 500 firm in Wiltshire is seeking to expand its Commercial Property team. With a strong presence across national, regional and local markets, the firm has developed a loyal client base and a reputation for delivering consistently high-quality legal advice. The team benefits from a breadth of experience typically found in larger city firms, offering a level of expertise that stands out in the local market.
Owing to continued growth and a steady flow of new instructions, the firm is now looking to appoint a Commercial Property Solicitor with at least two years’ post-qualification experience.
The role will involve:
*Managing a varied caseload of commercial property matters
*Acting for both business and private clients
*Advising on landlord and tenant work
*Handling acquisitions and disposals
*Supporting development projects
About you:
*Qualified Solicitor with 2–5 years’ PQE
*Strong interest in commercial property law
*Motivated to deliver a high standard of client service
