Despatch Operative
We’re looking for a reliable Despatch Operative to support our busy shipping and warehouse team. This hands-on role combines order picking and packing with shipping administration to ensure customer orders are despatched accurately, compliantly, and on time.
Key duties include:
*Picking, packing, and despatching customer orders
*Coordinating UK and international shipments using courier systems (UPS, FedEx, DHL)
*Preparing shipping and customs documentation
*Updating orders and shipments in SAP
*Supporting general warehouse operations and health & safety compliance
About you:
*Experience in a warehouse, logistics, or despatch role
*Organised, detail-focused, and comfortable in a fast-paced environment
*Confident using computer systems (SAP desirable)
*Forklift licence and import/export knowledge an advantage (training available)
