The Role
This is a hands-on Legal Cashier position within a busy finance team, supporting the smooth running of day-to-day financial operations and ensuring compliance with SRA Accounts Rules.
You’ll be involved in:
*Monitoring online banking systems and managing daily transactions
*Handling client-to-office account transfers in line with regulations
*Supporting billing processes across the firm
*Managing the finance inbox and responding to queries
*Processing invoice payments via online systems
*Liaising with fee earners, secretaries and wider teams


What the firm is looking for
*Previous Legal Cashier experience within a law firm
*Strong understanding of SRA Accounts Rules
*High attention to detail and accuracy
*Confident using Excel, Word and finance systems
*Able to manage workload efficiently in a busy environment
*Professional, reliable and a good team player
