Your Role*Generate new business through outbound calls, networking, and market research
*Build and maintain strong relationships with new and existing clients
*Take detailed job briefs and act as a trusted advisor to clients
*Manage the full recruitment lifecycle, from business development to placement
*Maintain accurate CRM records and manage a structured sales pipeline
*Contribute to team targets and overall company growth
What We’re Looking For*Proven experience in sales or recruitment, with a focus on business development
*Confident and resilient communicator, comfortable with outbound activity
*Adaptable and quick-thinking, able to respond to client needs effectively
*Target-driven with a history of achieving or exceeding goals
*Interest in IT or technology markets
*Ambitious, energetic, and motivated to succeed
What You’ll Get*Location: Epsom
*Salary: Up to £35,000 + uncapped commission
*Holiday: 20 days, increasing to 25 with service
*Pension scheme and regular company incentives
*Ongoing training, development, and career support
