Job Description:
The Role
The Demand Planner will own the 12-month global demand forecast, creating a credible view of future demand that underpins supply, capacity and financial decision-making.
Key responsibilities include:
*Own the rolling 12-month global demand forecast, providing a single, credible view of future demand
*Consolidate and challenge commercial, marketing and historical data to produce insight-led forecasts
*Act as the single source of truth for demand, clearly communicating changes, risks and assumptions
*Provide structured, high-quality inputs into S&OP, highlighting volatility and step changes
*Track forecast accuracy and bias, identifying root causes and driving continuous improvement
*Partner cross-functionally with Sales, Marketing and Finance to support informed decision-making

I am currently searching for a Demand Planner to play a pivotal role in a fast-growing, premium manufacturing business operating at global scale.
About You
The ideal Demand Planner will be/ have:
*A strong analytical thinker who enjoys turning data into insight
*Confident challenging commercial assumptions, including pushing back to Sales when required
*Comfortable influencing without formal authority
*FMCG background preferred, though fast-paced, complex consumer businesses also considered
