We are looking for a proactive and enthusiastic Client Services Co-Ordinator to help manage and grow advertiser relationships and ensure the seamless delivery of creative content.
This role supports the smooth running of editorial and production workflows, ensuring materials, schedules, and internal systems are managed accurately and efficiently.
The Role
We are seeking a proactive and organised Client Services Co-Ord to support daily project coordination and content delivery across multiple publications. This is an excellent opportunity for someone looking to build a career in publishing operations, project coordination, or service delivery within a creative environment.
You will work closely with internal teams to track materials, maintain records, and ensure timelines are met, gradually taking on broader responsibilities as your experience grows.
Day-to-day of the role:
*Assist the account managers with client communications via email, phone calls, and video meetings.
*Request, organise, and review artwork or copy before passing it to the design team.
*Ensure submitted materials align with company standards and provide feedback where necessary.
*Keep clients informed about production milestones, timelines, and next steps.
*Manage regular check-ins with clients to keep projects on schedule.
*Nurture relationships with clients and build confidence in your growing account responsibilities.
*Occasionally prepare and send client introduction packages and coordinate small export freight orders.
*Maintain and update CRM and internal systems, ensuring data accuracy.
Skills & Attributes
*Clear and confident communication skills, capable of engaging clients over calls or occasionally via video.
*A structured, organised approach with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
*Meticulous attention to detail, especially in managing records, submissions, and follow-ups.
*Professional and approachable when interacting with both internal teams and external clients.
*Curiosity, drive, and willingness to learn new processes and take on greater responsibility
Working Pattern
*Monday to Friday, 9:00 am – 5:00 pm
*Two slightly later finishes per week to support international operations
*Fridays always finish at 5:00 pm
*Holiday entitlement 28 days including bank holidays
