Registered Manager – Adults – Mental Health

Salary up to £65,000 + £5,000 Welcome Bonus
We’re working in partnership with an established care provider to appoint an experienced Registered Manager for a 10-bed residential service supporting adults with mental health needs in East London.
This is a fantastic opportunity to take the lead in a service that has recently come under new ownership, with significant investment planned to enhance quality, improve occupancy, and refresh the environment. The organisation has a strong track record across its portfolio and is committed to delivering high standards of care and long-term stability.
The Role
You will have full operational responsibility for the home, leading on:
*Driving improvements in quality and compliance
*Building and developing a stable, motivated staff team
*Embedding a positive, person-centred culture
*Improving occupancy through strong local relationships and reputation
*Ensuring the service meets and exceeds Care Quality Commission standards
This role would suit someone who wants the autonomy to make a real impact.
About You
*Experienced Registered Manager
*Background in adult residential services supporting mental health is essential!
*Confident in improving services and managing change
*Strong leadership and people management skills
*Good understanding of compliance and regulatory frameworks
*Commercial awareness with a focus on occupancy and sustainability
