A growing and highly successful independent firm of chartered accountants is seeking a Practice Manager / Office Manager to play a central role in its continued evolution. This is a broad, commercially focused position, deeply embedded in the leadership, development and day-to-day running of the firm.

The role:
*Managing and developing a fee base, with oversight of billings and revenue streams
*Leading, mentoring and improving staff across the firm
*Playing a key role in the leadership and strategic development of the practice
*Overseeing client take-on and ensuring smooth onboarding processes
*Driving operational efficiency and supporting continued growth

About you:
*ACA / ACCA qualified (or equivalent)
*5+ years’ experience within accountancy practice
*Proven management experience, with a strong focus on people development
*Skilled in handling performance sensitively and effectively
*Commercially aware, with a proactive and hands-on approach
