About the RoleAn inclusive and values-driven primary school in Tower Hamlets is seeking a dedicated Primary Class Teacher to join their Year 3 team from September 2026. This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a collaborative environment and is committed to achieving excellent outcomes for pupils.
The successful Primary Class Teacher will plan and deliver engaging, well-differentiated lessons, support pupils’ personal and academic growth, and work as part of a dynamic teaching team in a two-form entry setting.
Key Responsibilities*Deliver high-quality classroom teaching for Year 3 pupils, following the national curriculum.
*Assess, monitor and support pupil progress and development.
*Create a positive, inclusive and engaging classroom environment.
*Work collaboratively with year-group colleagues to implement shared planning, resources and best practice.
*Contribute to wider school life, including assemblies, extra-curricular activities and community engagement.
Candidate Requirements*Qualified Teacher Status (QTS) - essential.
*Experience teaching in Key Stage 2, ideally Year 3.
*Strong classroom management, organisational and communication skills.
*A reflective, committed and team-orientated approach to teaching and learning.
*Passionate about supporting children’s progress and wellbeing in a diverse school community.
