PDC Coordinator

Contract: Temporary (end of June - could be extended) - 37 hours p/w - Mon to Fri - 8am - 4pm
Salary: £13.35 p/h
Reed’s client is looking for a PDC Coordinator to join their Product Development Centre team based in Ansty Park. This is a hands-on, organised role suited to someone who enjoys working with products, keeping systems up to date and working closely with different teams.
The role – what you’ll be doing
As PDC Coordinator, you’ll support the smooth running of the Product Development Centre by managing samples and products from arrival through to storage, archiving or disposal.
Your duties will include:
*Receiving, booking in and labelling product samples
*Moving and delivering products to the correct areas on time
*Updating records accurately on the internal stock management system
*Coordinating product archiving and disposal requests
*Working closely with buying, design, marketing, studio and technical teams
*Keeping stock areas clean, tidy and well organised
*Following health & safety procedures at all times and reporting any issues
Accuracy, attention to detail and careful handling of products are essential in this role.
What we’re looking for
We’re keen to hear from candidates who have:
*Experience within hospitality (or a role where you are on your feet all day) AND admin
*Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
*The ability to work well as part of a team
*Confidence using Microsoft Outlook, Teams, Word and Excel
*A proactive and reliable approach to work
