Senior Operations Manager – FTC

A fantastic opportunity for a highly experienced Operations Manager with strong systems expertise to join a fast-paced, creative, and event-led business on a maternity cover contract.
This is a pivotal role sitting at the centre of the organisation, responsible for overseeing systems, workflows, data, contracts, and cross-functional operations. You will act as a key operational lead, ensuring the smooth running of the business while driving process improvement and efficiency across teams.
What you’ll do:
*Own and manage core business systems, including Monday.com and wider operational tools
*Oversee end-to-end workflows, ensuring processes are followed, improved, and optimised
*Act as a key escalation point for operational and systems-related issues
*Support finance processes including payment runs and reporting inputs (systems-side)
*Manage contract administration, renewals, and supplier/client documentation
*Ensure data accuracy across systems and produce operational reporting insights
*Work cross-functionally to improve communication, efficiency, and workflow alignment
*Support onboarding and training for new team members on systems and processes
Who you are:
*Proven experience in a Senior Operations, Business Operations, or Systems-focused role
*Experience within a start-up or a similar environment
*Experience working with workflow tools such as Monday.com, CRM systems, or similar platforms
*Highly organised with excellent attention to detail and process discipline
*Confident operating across multiple teams and senior stakeholders
*Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, solutions-led approach
*Experience across contracts, finance processes, HR, or cross-functional operations highly desirable
*Comfortable working in a fast-paced, creative, or high-growth environment
