The Role
This is a Product Manager role with a focus on automation and operational efficiency. You’ll work cross-functionally to identify opportunities to streamline processes and implement scalable solutions that improve how the business operates.
This role is hands-on and suited to someone who enjoys solving problems end-to-end, including designing and building solutions using a range of tools and technologies.
Key Responsibilities
*Identify inefficiencies across internal workflows and processes

*Design and implement automation solutions to improve scalability

*Collaborate with teams across the business to understand challenges and deliver improvements

*Build and optimise systems using low-code/no-code tools and other technologies

*Track and communicate the impact of your work on business performance

What They’re Looking For
*3-5+ years’ experience in a product, operations, or similar role

*Demonstrated experience improving processes or implementing automation

*Hands-on, proactive approach with strong problem-solving skills

*Comfortable working in fast-paced, high-growth environments

*Able to clearly articulate the outcomes and impact of your work
