Precision Field Service Engineer *Based within 1 hour of Nottingham
*Willingness to travel extensively across the UK (primarily South), as well as Ireland and parts of Europe
*Installation, commissioning, servicing, and repair of advanced industrial equipment and associated systems
*Delivering high-quality customer training on equipment operation and maintenance
*Carrying out rigorous fault finding using first-principles approaches to achieve first-time fixes
*Actively contributing to knowledge sharing across the engineering team to improve overall service capability
*Supporting customers with spare parts identification and explaining technical requirements where needed
*Promoting and recommending service agreements, clearly communicating their value to customers
*Reporting customer feedback and service outcomes back to internal teams
*Working to key performance metrics such as service quality and customer satisfaction
*Supporting wider regional operations with installations and breakdowns when required
Experience / Skills / Qualifications*HND (or equivalent) in Electrical Engineering, with strong mechanical aptitude
*Ability to diagnose and solve problems using first principles
*Strong customer focus with a commitment to delivering excellent service
*Minimum of 3 years’ experience installing and servicing industrial equipment
*Electrically biased (approx. 60%) with solid mechanical understanding (40%)
*Ability to read electrical schematics and mechanical drawings
*Full, clean driving licence
Background*Field Service Engineering experience within industrial or manufacturing environments
